Duty Manager

We have a position available to join our management team at Eagle.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be pivotal in the day to day running of the venue and your role will include the following responsibilities:

Running of multiple bars throughout the shift and able to deal with issues
Ensuring the company’s high standards are achieved at all times and deal with any customer issues as they arise and able to rectify them there and then
Able to motivate your colleagues
Carry out staff training when required

This role would suite someone who is looking for progression onto the management ladder and that can give the customer great service time and time again. Ideally you will have bar experience, although full training will be given.

This is a part time position with an increase in hours when the business dictates, shifts are mainly evenings and weekends.
